The Supervisor provides support to the management team by driving sales and conversion.
The Supervisor ensures all key selling zones are covered to maximize sales and ensures an ICONic customer experience.
The Supervisor displays an upbeat attitude, models selling behaviors and motivates and coaches Sales Associates on selling behaviors.
The Supervisor drives sales through consistent execution of Charlotte Russe marketing, promotion and visual best practices.
The Supervisor completes daily operational tasks including opening and closing the store.
The Supervisor partners with store management team to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and assists in assigning projects and tasks to Sales Associates.
The Supervisor demonstrates and is compliant with all Charlotte Russe policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year retail supervisory experience preferred
