Baby Boot Camp Stroller Fitness Classes

OASIS

OASIS is a national education organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults over the age of 60 and is open to all people regardless of income, sex, race, religion or background. With challenging programs in the arts, humanities, wellness and volunteer service, OASIS creates opportunities for older adults to continue their personal growth and meaningful service to the community.

OASIS sponsors the Westside Walkers program at Westside Pavilion on-going every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 a.m., as well as utilizes this shopping center's community rooms for health seminars and fitness classes.
