Westside Pavilion is located at the intersection of Westwood and Pico Boulevards in the prestigious westside of Los Angeles. Featuring the largest Nordstrom in the area, the recently renovated mall is a destination for residents of such highly affluent communities as Rancho Park, Cheviot Hills and Santa Monica, as well as Beverly Hills, Westwood, Pacific Palisades and Brentwood. Nordstrom, Macy’s and a Macy’s Furniture Gallery that debuted in 2005 are accompanied by a roster of over 130 specialty shops, with especially strong fashion apparel, children apparel and women’s shoes categories.

In an effort to further enhance the property’s appeal, Macerich has recently renovated of the adjoining Westside annex. This project has transformed the open-air structure into a fully enclosed complex co-anchored by a new Landmark Theater with 12-screens, stadium seating and three-level access. Landmark joins the existing Barnes & Noble, as well as two full-service upscale restaurants, opening in 2008.
